What are the defects?
The product does not comply with the mandatory standard ‘Trade Practices Act 1974 Consumer Protection Notice No. 1 of 2003 Consumer Product Safety Standard: Bunk Beds’.

What are the hazards?
The protrusions could snag the clothing of the user, causing injury and the gaps between the bars of the guardrails may pose an entrapment hazard.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the bunk bed and contact Priceworth Furniture or HEQS International to arrange a replacement City Bunk Bed or full refund.
