Product could pose a potential fall risk, if the leg or legs detach from the seat. This recall only involves units with a limited series of date codes, sold between December 2016 and September 2017.
What are the hazards?
Potential fall risk that could cause a serious injury.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using affected high chairs immediately and contact Bloom And Grow on the below details. The product will be replaced immediately once a photograph of the date codes has been sent for verification.
