What are the defects?
This product does not meet clause 6.3 of Consumer Protection Notice No. 1 of 2003. The top slats are more than 100 mm apart.
What are the hazards?
The bunk bed poses a risk of entrapment.
What should customers do?
Customers will be contacted and new side rails and slats for the top bunk will be installed for the customer free of charge.
