Early Settler is recalling its Saxon and Salvage chairs that were sold in its stores from April 19, 2014 to January 20, 2016.
What are the defects?
Potentially hazardous tapering on the inside of the bottom of the chair legs.
What are the hazards?
The tapering of the inside bottom of the chair legs may lead to an entrapment or laceration hazard.
What should consumers do?
Early Settler will supply free plug insert kits to customers and these insert plugs will need to be inserted into the inside legs of the Saxon and Salvage chairs. The chairs should only be used once the insert plugs have been properly fitted.
